Our press is "Demeter" certified {organic} and was commissioned in 2000. Allambie Grove offers a complete processing service for small to medium sized olive growers.
Our modern facility has been fitted out to the highest standards and our press is an Italian made "Olimio" which uses the lastest 2 phase technology to minimise the waste water and give you the best quality oil possible.
All our waste is processed in our worm farm in keeping with our philosophy of minimal impact to the environment.

The press is capable of processing 2 tonnes of olives per day and we have a 24 hour booking service. If needed we can supply containers for your oil or you can supply your own.
Every growers' olives are processed as a separate batch avoiding contamination with other grower's olives.
